Since then, following in the footsteps of its namesake, the prestigious Italian publisher Electa, its specialty has been publishing books about art, architecture, design and photography. Electa is also known for its small-format books featured in the following collections: "Art Book," which features monographs dedicated to artists and art movements; "Dictionaries of Art," which focuses on motifs and thematic iconography; "Centuries of Art" and "Dictionaries of Civilizations."
